The Texas Comptroller's qualifying-large-data-center list supplies the occupant identity missing from the TDLR construction filing. Community Impact reports the $440 million building is expected to open in August; operation has not yet been independently confirmed.
The state lists EdgeConneX affiliates as owner, occupant, and operator for ECX AUS11-16. That is not proof that CoreWeave or any other outside customer occupies those buildings. The registration sits inside a statewide exemption program that Senate Finance is now reviewing as its projected cost grows.
