Aqua tabled a conditional 14-gpm water request again

Aqua voted August 4 to table proposed Resolution 26.08.02. The detailed record models only 23 LUEs, a 14-gpm peak and no fire flow, while making service contingent on new wells and treatment, pumping, storage and approximately 2.5 miles of approach main. Precision matters

Use these distinctions in coverage

Lost Pines Watch takes a public position while keeping its evidence labels explicit.

Say“Black Chamber appears to control development of the data-center footprint.”
Do not overstateAmazon is a priority lead, but is not established as this campus’s tenant, owner, or customer.
SayThe July 27 action concerned countywide guidelines, not approval of Pacifico’s individual requests.
Do not overstateStormwater authorization does not mean the overall project has been fully permitted. A pending motion does not mean an active authorization has been suspended.
