Permit watch and Pacifico due diligence expanded
HISTORICAL PERMIT WATCH — SUPERSEDED AUGUST 30: At the time of the earlier August 9 check, TCEQ's pending list showed no publicly identifiable NSR entry under the known Pacifico, Black Chamber, B&W Ranch, CCK, Earl Callahan, or Cedar Creek project identifiers; that limited search did not prove that no application or pre-application work existed. TCEQ received Registration 185019 on August 14, and Pacifico's complete principal application is now public. It identifies 48 turbines and 1,326 MW of stated maximum nominal output. The current Cedar Creek dossier rechecks and supersedes this August 9 watch.
